Q: Forms of Payment
What types of payment do you accept? Is it secure?
A:
I accept credit card payment through my secure site, PayPal. If you prefer to pay using Money Orders or Checks, please print a copy of your order and include it with your payment when you ship it to me. Also make a note of this type of payment at checkout, so I can reserve your items for you. If payment is not received within 7 days, the items will go back into inventory,and your order will be canceled. Shipments will go out once your payment has cleared, and you will receive an email that your order is on its way!
Q: Item availability
I have a certain design in mind that I am hoping you can create for me! Do you do custom orders?
A:
Because of my busy schedule this time of year, I no longer do custom orders. Please contact me if you see something on my site that you are interested in,but that you may need in another size ...you never know until you ask!:) In addition, I have many items that are created for certain shows in mind that may not be on my site but that are available to purchase.
Q: Local pickup
Do you offer local pickup?
A:
Yes!If you live in Fairfield County, Ct and would like to pickup your order, please contact me to arrange for pickup. Of course, there are no fees for local pickup,and therefore shipping is free.
Q: Packaging
How are orders packaged?
A:
All orders are carefully packaged in USPS Priority packaging.No need to worry..they are secure, and will arrive within 3 days!
Q: Gift Wrapping
Do you gift wrap?
A:
All of your orders will be carefully wrapped in pink and green tissue, and then again in a cute gift tote. If you would like extra ribbon and a gift tag for a present,please let me know!We will include it at no charge.
Q: Shipping costs
How are shipping costs calculated?
A:
Shipping is free under $30, and also on orders totaling $175 or more. I have a flat shipping rate of $8.95 for all other orders.

What shipping methods do you use?
A:
I ship all of out items via 2-3 day PRIORITY USPS shipping. Most items are shipped out same day payment is received, unless they are custom orders, which will take less than two weeks to ship out. You are always notified via email when your order ships, so you know when to expect it.
Q: Returns
Do you accept returns?
A:
I want you to be happy with your purchase!If you ordered an item and are not happy with it,please email me for a return authorization number. I will issue you a store credit for 90% of the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable, nor are custom designed items.
